Rocks to Rocks

On Sunday 23 March 2025, the annual Rocks to Rocks swim is back. Since 1993, members from Avoca and North Avoca Beach surf clubs have battled the swell or enjoyed the sea life on the Central Coast’s most beautiful ocean swim.

 

The adult course will commence at North Avoca with a swim to Avoca Beach and the junior Jessica Barnes memorial swim will start and finish at Avoca Beach with a course marked out by buoys.

Many hands are needed to put on this fantastic ocean swim for our community. Please nominate how you can help on the jot form.
